Ola Crowns Victor
Zachry Aaron’s little sister escorts him down the field, where he will become Homecoming King. They both were excited to share this moment together.

Friday night, Oct. 25, 2019, Ola played Union Grove and won the game 31 to 28. The blackout was a success in the student section, and the students showed their school pride. Union Grove found out camouflage could not hide their loss.
Edward Fairley, senior, sang the national anthem to start off the game. The band also performed and impressed the crowd before the game began.
At the end of the first quarter, Ola was up by 10 points, including a touchdown. The student section rang the bell to hype up the team, and the cheerleaders began to chant with crowd “Score more!”. During the second quarter, it began to rain, but by half-time, Ola was up by 10 points with a score of 17 to 7 and ready to hear who would be their Homecoming queen and king.
Parents, grandparents, siblings escorted the members of the Homecoming Court down the field. The football team crowned Landon Knight, junior, Sweetheart. Ola crowned Zachry Aaron, senior, and Lynzie Lyle, senior, Homecoming King and Queen. The second half of the game began, and Ola continued to win.
At the end of the third quarter, the score was 17 to 13, but in the last five minutes of the game, Union Grove scored another touchdown. The game ended with a score of 31 to 28.
