Black marked the end of this year’s Homecoming week. A day that is usually themed Green and Gold was changed this year because our Homecoming football game was played against Union Grove, one of the school’s big rivals.

Since the students always wear black for the particular game, the SGA decided to make Friday black out day.

Students used this opportunity to paint their faces and bodies. Many students referred to the evening’s game by wearing Beat Union Grove shirts.

The day ended with a pep rally. The students filled the gym with black. Many students planned to attend the game that evening and support their team by wearing black.
